<\/b>MAXINE GLORSKY (Production Stage Manager) <\/em>has been the stage manager for the companies of Martha Graham, Alvin Ailey, Merce Cunningham, Glen Tetley, Donald McKayle, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, Gala des Etoiles of Montreal, Harkness Ballet, Joyce Trisler Danscompany, Elisa Monte Dance Company, Buglisi\/ Foreman Dance, \u00a0Jacob\u2019s Pillow Dance Festival, Dance Connecticut, Maria Alba Flamenco, Maria Benitez Teatro Flamenco, Peridance, Baryshnikov\u2019s White Oak Dance Project, and numerous other troupes and soloists in the modern, ballet and ethnic disciplines. \u00a0She was the co-founder of Tag Foundation (1971-1981) which produced the Dance Umbrella and the New York Dance Festival which supplied\u00a0complete technical assistance\u00a0(designers, stage managers, crews, publicity, theater) to the dance world. With the Lincoln Center Library of the Performing Arts, she created two symposiums: \u201cMartha Graham: Steps of a Giant\u201d and \u201cAlvin Ailey: Tiger, Tiger, Burning Bright.\u201d In 2016 she was the PSM for an off -Broadway production of\u00a0 Great Circle Production\u2019s Edwin, The Story of Edwin Booth.\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0She was the \u00a0production stage manager for the Lubovitch Company since 1970, and stage manager for Juilliard Dances Repertory since 1998. Her commitment to dance, and a career that has spanned over 50 years, were celebrated by the dance community at The Joyce Theater in 2000 with \u201cA Party for Max.\u201d In September 2019, the Stage Manager Association honored\u00a0 her with the Del Hughes Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in the Art of Stage Management. \u00a0In April 24, 2023 Maxine received The Legacy Award from Peridance founder and Artistic Director Igal Perry.
