The PAL network has caching software that is engineered to make the site much faster — but sometimes, because it stores and compresses content to serve it more efficiently, new edits or additions may only appear after a short lag. If you make an edit and then don’t see it reflected right away on your live site, please try refreshing your browser or opening a new “private” or “incognito” browser window — these disable caching and load the freshest version of the content.
If you have tried the above, save your work and continue with another aspect of your site. If after 24 hours you don’t see the change, reach out to us with a help request.
