Notes / Anecdotes

The first actor of radio novels, TV, theatre, cinema and also successful Cuban Declamador; Otto Sirgo, the famous "Don Juan Tenorio" was married successively to the Spanish Vedette Lola Villar, with the Mexican actress Magda Haller, with whom she had her Son Otto, with Elvira Bujones the mother of his daughter and with the announcer Dinorah Ayala with whom he was joined at the time of his death.
Here is the 1965 sign; of an exciting and regal tribute in NYC, for Otto Sirgo coordinated by his wife, the actress, singer and also host; Dinorah Ayala.
My colleague is very nice, with a beautiful voice and a lot of spark. We've shared several times in the theater and the New York Radio. Here we are with the also charismatic Cuban broadcaster, Rafael Pineda and with the actor, writer and Theatre Director Enrique De La Torre, who was the director of the busy tribute to Otto Sirgo. Note the huge cast of stars that attended supporting Otto, who was indisposed and died shortly after in Miami, on September 8, 1966. in the sign also appears my brother Nel Nero and his group the jaguar boys.
