  4. Adding To/Changing Your Published Site

You’ve published your site! Congratulations!

But just because you’ve published doesn’t mean you can’t touch your site again. You can still edit and add text, memorabilia, audio, video, etc.

If you add or change your site, it’s important that you let us at PAL know so we can review for grammar, fact checking, and rights.

Now because your site is visible to the public, you might want to hide Highlights that you’re working on until you’ve finished since Highlights can take a while to compile between conceptualizing, text and media, and clearing rights.

See the video below (15 min and 30 sec) for instructions on how to let us know what you’ve changed and to hide your Highlights.

Helpful Tip: Let us know what you add/change as you finish to help keep track of what’s been changed. For example, if you plan on adding an interview to Look/Listen and then creating a new Highlight, fill out the Publish Your Site form after adding the interview and then submit a new form once the Highlight is done. Letting us know as you go helps to eliminate the chance of forgetting things you add/change.

Publish My Site Form: Click here to fill out the form to review your site changes.

Click the headings below for more on the topic.
